Fabric in Gen AI Studio
Fabric 1.0, VEED's in-house AI model, joins Gen AI Studio with character generation and voice synthesis tuned specifically for video workflows. Teams can now iterate faster with a model designed around the editing experience.
AI Playground V2
AI Playground V2 launches with a mobile-optimized UI across AI Studio and the editor. We introduced the AI Tools panel with transitions, removed filler words, and dubbing voice options.
Magic Expand
We launched reward code redemption in workspace settings and added a new Wiggle preset to dynamic subtitles. The AI Tools panel expanded to mobile view with upgraded chips for restricted features. Auto Edits improved loading states while Fabric and Avatar unification received design polish across panels and filters.
AI Tools Panel Expansion
The AI Tools panel gained Green Screen, Remove Background, AI Avatar, and Clean Audio tools with upgrade banners and refined tooltips. B-roll generation received a dedicated styles panel with timeline integration. We introduced ghost playhead on timeline hover, improved timeline scrubbing, and gathered AI training consent in the upload modal. Halloween characters arrived for Fabric alongside paywall improvements in AI Studio.
Portrait Touch-up & Workspace Improvements
Portrait Touch-up and Eye Contact correction tools joined the AI Tools panel with dedicated redirects from across the app. Fabric Character panel expanded with "Your Voices" and preview support for character presets. We updated Sora duration and credits.
AI Tools Panel & Dashboard Split
The new AI Tools panel consolidated AI Video, AI Image, AI Dubbing, B-roll, and Magic Cut with status indicators and upgrade prompts. We launched Veo 3.1 support and added image-to-video capabilities.
AI Transitions & Voice Tools
AI Transitions launched with credit modals, template-free workflows, and cleaner upgrade prompts. We introduced the AI Tools panel foundation with voice tool support, status buttons, and action components for subtitles. AI Studio added "return to editor" functionality, credit allowance dropdowns, and preserved presenter selections. QR Code upload improved with dedicated routing.
